The JG Co-Laboratory Resource Hub
Practical frameworks, guides, and worksheets for leaders navigating trauma-informed work, healing-centered programs, and nonprofit growth.

Why These Tools Exist
This resource library is a love letter to every survivor, therapist, caregiver, clinician, responder, and community member who has ever held space for healing.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside people responding to unimaginable tragedy, sometimes with clinical training, sometimes with lived experience, often with both. I’ve learned that healing doesn’t belong to any one profession. It happens in the moments we feel seen, connected, and supported; it takes us all to create those moments.
These guides and downloads are made for people doing the work. Whether you’re a city official organizing post-crisis care, a grassroots leader starting from scratch, or a team of clinicians navigating recovery, you’ll find trauma-informed, real-world tools rooted in strategy and compassion.
You don’t need to be a therapist to offer care, but we honor the clinicians who continue to shape and guide this work. You don’t need to have it all figured out, but you deserve resources that meet you where you are.
This isn’t a clinical library. It bridges systems and people, trauma and recovery, the overwhelming and the possible.
Use what’s helpful. Adapt what you need. Healing starts here.
